Tim Allen is a stingy business man. On Christmas eve, he hears a noise on his roof and finds out a man dressed as Santa Claus is dead. He puts on the costume and he later finds out that enacts a clause which means he is the new Santa.
He gains weight and grows a beard and is now in charge of the North Pole. People think he is crazy, but he turns full circle and accepts his new role. A decent Christmas movie about turning a cold hearted man and give him Christmas spirit.
