Review of The Santa Clause (1994) by Movie K — 24 Dec 2009

This is quite a good christmas movie for the family. Enjoyable movie. Eric Lloyd is cute and a good child actor. Tim Allen is divorced from Wendy Crewson, who is with Judge Reinhold. During Xmas eve, Tim wasn't happy that they told Eric that Santa doesn't exist.

While sleeping, they hear sounds on the roof. Tim went out to check and Santa fell down and die. There's reindeers on the roof too. Tim took a namecard and it imprinted the finder to wear the robe.

Eric refuse to leave the sled and Tim wear the Santa robe and magically off they go to give out presents down the chimneys. Then after the mission they were in North Pole the headquarter and met the elves.

The head elf David Krumholtz inform Tim he is the new Santa and no going back. The next day they wake up they are back to their home. Slowly he made the transition to slowly become Santa Clause. Eric was so happy of the adventure and keeps saying his dad is Santa.

Wendy & Judge weren't happy he became so disillusion and took away his visiting right. The Xmas day Tim took Eric to North Pole and accompany him to give out the presents. They called the police and Tim was caught in one of the house.

The elves elite squad bust him out. Wendy & Judge now believe he is Santa. Off course Tim completes his task and a peace ending in the end.
