Nostalgic for anyone born before the millennium, "The Sandlot" is quoted often for its hilarious lines as it has become not only a movie for the summer, but a classic movie for the ages. With its memorable scenes about friendships that grow through sandlot baseball, "The Sandlot" may not cover any new ground in feel-good sports movies, but it's the coming-of-age story that everyone can relate to that makes it work.
