Review of The Sandlot (1993) by Jacob F — 23 Apr 2011
When it comes to family films, I find that The Sandlot is a treasure. That is because it features characters who are likable and identifiable, a fun-filled story, and endlessly memorable dialogue that is both witty and hilarious.
Sure there are many parts of the film that are rather predictable but that can be forgiven because the film is just too fun and charming to resist. Overall, I think it is a terrific family entertainment that both kids and adults can enjoy.
