This movie is almost as old as I am, which makes it a classic for me, but for those much older than I it is simply a child's film. This movie breathed life into my childhood. Home sick from school, I could always turn to the Sandlot for entertainment.
The characters seem so close that they could all be your friends. A wonderful movie for all ages.
