Review of The Sand Pebbles (1966) by Blind P — 09 Feb 2009
The Sand Pebbles details the trails and tribulations of a US gunboat crew steaming up rivers on patrols in China. It plays on forever, depicts some cultural history, and is generally forgettable, but still was well made enough to warrant the "one view" score.
..but just barely.
