Being lost in the Salton Sea myself,the depiction of the average tweeker is pretty on the $$$.Val continues to amaze me in his range as an actor.His second best performance since Jim Morrison in The Doors.
Very humorous moments like D'Onofrios Pooh-Bear was like homage to my old gack buddy Adam.And I loved the interpretation of the Kennedy assaination with the chickens!But nothing beat Bobby Hobby Ocean.
"You see,I don't mean to impart...but..I..am..the ocean"Classic line!There is a plot to this movie though and purity and sweetness that is poignant if all the gack grosses you out.
