Starts slow and is a bit full of it self, but the cast pull this one over the top. D' Onofrio shows his range as a psychotic drug dealer and Kilmer subtly plays a down and outer. I didn't buy the identity crisis and revenge but again, the script needed work.
Overall, a good noir.
