Really dont know what to think about this one. val kilmer is becoming one of my favorite actors, and he's great in this. there are certainly some really cool images and ideas here--the opening scene is excellent--but it all revolves around a sort of cliched storyline.
the tone constantly wavers between genuine drama and the comedy of the absurd cast of characters. great acting though. worth a watch, but dont expect the best conclusion.
