Review of The Salt of the Earth (2014) by Chantal V — 14 Dec 2014
It's not often I feel this way about a film, let alone a documentary. Goosebumps almost the entire 2 hours, completely overwhelmed and impressed. Well narrated and interesting. An unexpected added depth and background to the work we already know.
An excruciating overview of human suffering as well as an awe-inspiring look at the beauty of nature. Hard to shake off and move back into everyday superficial life. Quite the impact.
