Review of The Saint (1997) by Nikolaj Z — 12 Nov 2007

Here's another movie that I would like to enjoy, but the parts of this film that don't seem to work outweigh the parts that do. All of the cool, espionage/spy/disguise stuff is fun to watch, but the quick romance that takes place during the film lacks any sort of chemistry or sense of intimacy.

And because of that, the last half of the movie seems kind of forced and rushed; if you're going to throw a romance into the middle of a movie, make sure it works.
