Review of The Sacred Family (2006) by Gabriel K — 03 Sep 2010
A great low-key film from Chile that seems in a lot of ways a perfect fit for the Sundance Film Festival. It's a psychological and sometimes tense potrayal of three characters, reminiscent in a way of Roman Polanski's debut "Knife in Water".
You can tell there were a lot of improvisations while filming it. Definitely worth checking out.
