Review of The Rundown (2003) by Jason R — 09 Oct 2008

I have taken the time to have a second viewing of the film, and I have to say, damn what was I smoking when I last reviewed this film, cuz it's so freaking great. It's in the same field as a guy richie film and probably surpasses either "Snatch" or ".

..Two Smoking Barrels". Its scenic shots of the jungle is highly provacative with its action packed status. The comedy is ever so present and fun to look at because never does one overlay the other.

I innevitably want t buy this film, but it's gonna be a while. Anyways, Walken was an awesome villain to see and Dwayne Johnson's first big hit even if it wasnt commercially successful, and Sean Williams Scott is always hilarious, call it a bias.

Neither Oscar wirthy or can be taken totally seriously, The Rundown is the best at what it tries to accomplish. Great FLICK!
