For an early vehicle for The Rock it was actually fairly entertaining.
The actors were good choices especially liked Christopher Walken, Ewen Bremner and Rosario Dawson, who looked damn fine.
It had a good mix of action and comedy.
Peter Berg shows he is a pretty good director.
