Review of The Runaways (2010) by Ron R — 19 Feb 2011
It would have been hard to make a bad film about this subject, but there were some things that could have been improved. I think it could have expanded on a few things - Like one of the band members I don't think had a line throughout the whole movie.
There were also a couple scenes that were kind of like, "Okay, we get it, they're on drugs, we can move on now." But there were some surprises. Kristin Stewart played a surprisingly convincing Joan Jett.
I'd recommend this movie to anyone who likes movies about rock and roll.
