Review of The Runaways (2010) by Brock B — 02 Aug 2012
I'm not really sure why I liked it so much, just that it did. While not original, it's both a strong coming-of-age story as well as dark side of fame, although it portrayal of the 70's world of rock and roll isn't unrealistic, and if anything, downplayed.
Combined with the constant stream of rock and roll music, and this was a hit for me.
