Not a film to go into thinking it will be the same as Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas. It is far from it. Aside from one crazy acid trip, this film is as far from Fear And Loathing as possible as far as the feel goes.
But that isn't a bad thing because who wants to see the exact same thing? That's boring. This film is something all its own and it works well in that aspect as a journalist tries desperately to bring light to the scheme of a corrupt businessman in Puerto Rico.
A fun ride for at least once around.
