Think of this one as a modern day version of the classic, sci-fi cheesefest 'Day of the Triffids', only set in a Mayan temple in Mexico. Plenty of your standard gore, but generally lacking much in the shock department.
For what it is, it's OK. For what it tries to be, it's tedious...
