When plants attack!!! Strangely, I saw this after watching The Happening where trees or plants take a hit on the human population. The Ruins is a different kind of plant-a cursed one linked with a mysterious ruin in Mexico.
This is a typical tween horror flick where the victims have no chance of escaping with their lives. Dumb move after dumb move, they will all die and do at the hands of the curse or those trying to keep it from spreading.
Recommended for those looking for a good cheap thrill.
