Review of The Ruins (1984) by Lynn L — 26 Dec 2009

Ok plants killing people at an old ruin. Gives a valid reason not to do gardening, in a pleasant manner. Quite good but could have done with a bit of an explanation and a better ending-I hate endings that don't actually end, does my head in!! Fair enough have the Greeks turn up but seriously end the girls story, tie up them loose ends, driving off into the distance does not summarise a decent ending!!

Anyway worth a look but not one to rave to the grandkids about...
