The story and characters are a bit disappointing, but it's still something different than a typical slasher. It's more of a gross-out movie than a fright fest, but I will admit, the gross-out scenes really made me feel uncomfortable in ways no other movie has.
Most nasty things in movies have no effect on me, but this movie had scenes that nearly made me vomit. If you're looking for something to give you a nasty thrill, it's worth a shot. Otherwise, you might want to skip it.
