I do not know who this movie was for. Kids the age of the Rugrats would be too young to understand the concept of new brothers or the ability of circus monkeys to turn from playful joyous friend to hungry death face-rippers.

Any kids older than that, who may enjoy cartoons in general, will be faced with an unfunny script with too many jungle chase scenes. The hospital song with all the ironic hipster singers was too short to crack a dent.

The only moral any viewer is going to learn here is that screaming kids are fucking annoying. Tell your kids to go outside.
