Oh The Rugrats, what I can I say about you. You were a charming and delightful little cartoon show. And then... this happened. Possibly the second worst thing to happen the Rugrats(the first was All Grown Up!), this movie is just boring.
Please, if you are a fan of Rugrats, I beg of you, avoid this film at all cost.
