Review of The Royal Tenenbaums (2001) by Maxwell S — 02 May 2012
Many memorable scenes in this movie. Wes ANDERSON is the master of dry comedy. Anybody that hasn't seen a Wes Anderson movie and decides to watch this one, is not going to get what they expect. This is definitely one I will watch again.
Luke Wilson and Gene Hackman's performances were spot on and couldn't have been done better. There are some darker elements to this movie that I didn't expect, so I would keep that in mind, as well.
