Review of The Rover (2014) by M A — 19 Sep 2014
It is an intense movie, it set after the world has moved on, to this chaotic, animalistic space, where no rules, no boundaries no nothing! and it begin with very mysterious tone! a man determined to reclaim his car :) and we spent the whole journey with him looking for his car :p killing lots of people along the way :) for his car!!! :p till the end when the mystery reveal itself and we found what was so important about his car :v.
Anyways leaving aside that story... Guy Pearce performance is great! - I'm currently reading the Dark Tower Series by Stephen King and I've been thinking since the first book for an actor that can play Roland The Gunslinger and that role was always fit Clint Eastwood in his prime :) but now with this raggedy looks, and his tone he could do it or at least I could repaint him in my mind set :) - Robert Pattinson :/ he still searching for ground outside Twilight and he should keep doing that :) and finally the director David Michod this was great! the whole set, the tones how everything played out it felt like a very good Western.
I didn't enjoy the story though! and so I'll give it a 6/10.
