Review of The Rover (2014) by Deweydays — 18 Jun 2014
Intense but mesmerizing, bleak yet beautiful. In a future with little hope, some still finds a way to shine through in the most unlikely pair of Eric and Rey. Guy Pearce and Robert Pattinson both give outstanding performances in the film.
They express so much with very little dialogue, and they are completely captivating in doing so. If that's not enough, the cinematography is amazing, the scenery of the Outback breathtaking and the soundtrack is just perfect.
This is definitely a film that will stick with you for days.
