Review of The Roommate (2008) by Christopher K — 23 May 2013
All the PG-13 horror/thriller movies out now are either boring and dull or just plain stupid. This one isn't stupid, it's just boring. There's barely any violence except for the end. And it tries too hard to be scary.
The beginning isn't even good. It just starts right off with the main girl entering college. Usually there is a scene before the actual movie that gets you in the mood, but there wasn't one. The only good thing in this movie is Leighton Meester.
I don't recommend this movie unless you're really into cheesy teen flicks.
