Review of The Room (2003) by Brendan H — 26 Oct 2015
The Room is the the most gloriously awful film I have ever seen. There are so many plot holes, non-sequiturs, pointless subplots, cheesy songs and inane conversations, it couldn't possibly have been done on purpose. Something this bad can only be the product of sheer, oblivious ineptitude on every conceivable level of the filmmaking process.
And I loved every second of it.
The Room is a masterpiece of unintentional hilarity and an absolute blast to watch with friends. It's so funny it's painful. If you enjoy making fun of cinematic atrocities as much as I do, then you've hit the jackpot. The Room is the greatest bad movie ever made.
