Review of The Rookie Cop (1939) by Allan C — 27 Aug 2016

Silly but entertain tale about a rookie cop using his dog Ace (who is played by Ace the Wonder Dog) to help fight crime. Tim Holt plays the rookie cop, so that's always fun to see Holt playing something beside a cowpoke.

Still, the quality of this film is about the same as any of his westerns (which is generally low and only made watchable by Holt's talents) and is also just about as corny.
