A good action movie but not one of clints best. Charlie sheen does good in one of his earlier films as the rookie officer. Almost reminds me of dirty harry when clint doesnt want to work with his younger partner.
Raul Julia does well in his role as the sinster german villain. To bad the great raul julia passed away only 4 years later after this movie.
