This film is pure genius entertainment that pushes all the boundaries of conventional filmmaking. It right now stands next to all the other masterpieces that came out from the 70's yet without following any of the formulas that all the others did. It clearly stands out.
The sense humor is excellent here and it's boosted by the songs that enjoy dim witted lyrics. And of course a ensemble of cast with perfect performances helped a lot.
