Review of The Rocketeer (1991) by Miss C — 21 Dec 2008
It seems that every film that takes place during the reign of the Nazis has the Nazis as the enemy. I like this film, and not just because of Jennifer Connelly's thingies (was that padding?). It's a Disney flick, so of course it has holes (like why they don't just shoot the rocketeer and take the pack instead of asking him to take it off), but I still liked it.
It was light where it needed to be and yeah it's kinda predictable, but so was The Shaggy Dog. If nothing else, it's cool to see Jennifer Connelly's padding. By the way, Jennifer's character was inspired by the recently deceased pinup queen Bettie Page.
