Feel good kids' film which seems to be a real crowd pleaser witha dults for reasons that completely escape me.
Cardboard characters litter an almost gossamer thin story of a boy who does what the massed adults of Laos cannot and make a rocket that brings rain.
Yes, it's really that stereotyped about Laotians.
Mysterious.
