Review of The Rock (1996) by Aaron C — 04 Aug 2010

The Rock is a classic example of a 90s action film, and with an excellent cast offers everything you would expect. Connery adds humour throughout, and Cage gives a good performance as the scientist out of his depth.

I didnt like the ending however, I feel it should have cut out when he got the address, not for suspense but simply to avoid such a cheesy ending to an otherwise excellent film. the film offers the perfect mix between humour, action, and suspense.
