One of those suped up, loud, idiotic pieces of razzle dazzle that normally is terrible but Sean Connery saved this to the point of being tolerable and Cage was goofy ok in his first major action role. almost sucks completely but is redeemed to being two stars just for a character named Stanley Goodspeed.
