Review of The Road Within (2014) by Seema N — 17 Aug 2015

This movie was the most realistic film I've seen towards mental health issues and illnesses. When I was in hospital, I had a roommate much like Vincent (Robert Sheehan). She had Tourette's just as bad as him and her father was just the same towards her.

There were people in the hospital that were as cruel as Alex (Dev Patel) and Marie (Zoë Kravtiz), who were just mean to everyone. Yes there are some cliché's but, it was one of the closest representations I've seen of people dealing with those mental illnesses and disorders.
