Review of The Road to Guantanamo (2006) by Johanna A — 14 Sep 2006
One of the best films I watched in a long time. And the thing is I know I shouldn't have laughed during the movie but there were some bits that really elicited laughter like how preposterous some of the U.
S army protocols were. And the leads were so bravely candid during the interrogations. But at the end of the day, the movie made me angry and indignant for the atrocities America and George Bush get away with.
In the first moments of the film, they showed a short clip of George Bush, and I uncontrollably said "Fuck you" aloud in the theatre. This is how much I hate him.
