Review of The Road to El Dorado (2000) by Andy B — 28 Mar 2009
While not especially kid-oriented at times, this is a great movie with terrific animation and a fun plot. I'm still not sure where I stand on Elton John's contributions to the movie; the songs felt a little out of place and weren't particularly good.
Still, it gets major brownie points for traditional 2D animation, and the parts where CG and 2D meshed together were also quite good.
