This seemed... how do I say this? REAL. That if you're smart you don't have to be strong to get out of a bad situation. The suspense level was just right and your frustration builds as each escape attempt is thwarted. I was really glad that nothing bad happened to the dog too.
What makes this movie stand out: Meryl Streep. AND the beautiful shots of the river. This is a good scenic film with a plot to take you through without a shred of boredom. I also liked the sign language touch.
