Review of The Rite (2011) by Imthenoob — 26 Feb 2012

Hopkins is a great lead and the rest of the cast is solid as well. However this film isnt scary at all, It features generic moments (such as something unexpectedly jumping at you) intended to make you jump in shock but never to intend fear.

It was interesting to watch though, I gotta give it that. The run time also makes the film seem dragged on and imo doesnt justify the long wait to see what happens in the end. It was ok though, Cant say I would recommend it but if you are into paranormal things then its worth at least checking out.
