The Exorcist (1973) is hollywood stuff, "The Rite" is the real thing...the exorcism scene is not EXAGGERATED. if your looking for all those gross and morbid stuff watch "evil Dead".
"the exorcisms in the film were "very accurate" with some "expected licenses" taken".
Perfect execution of truth...using least effects.
This movie was not supposed to "scare" it's purpose is to "prove" that God EXISTS...
