Review of The Ring Two (2005) by Marilee W — 06 Aug 2009
For a sequel to a remake, not bad. For a real film, really bad... but, don't think of it that way. It was pretty boring for the first bit, but it picked up at the end and actually felt almost scary a few times.
It had some seriously weird message in it about postpartum depression though and how we should really be allowing women experiencing psychosis to do whatever they please... even if that means hurting their own children, because, in the end, if we don't, we're letting Satan into the world or something.
Messed up.
