You would think that a PG-13 horror movie would be terrible, but The Ring ends up being a clever and deep mystery thriller. By the end, it feels satisfactory and bordering generic, until one final twist at the end that really makes things darker and more twisted.
Thought the story was convoluted at times, The Ring is a surprisingly fun mystery.
