Low budget slasher film that apparently had so little money they couldn't afford a back story for the killer or any sort of special effects so they made him wear a hoodie and perform all of his deeds off camera.
A shame really, because the music really did ratchet up the tension in many areas; it was just the acting, dialogue and story that couldn't supply any. Cool poster art. Wretched movie.
