Review of The Revenge of Hercules (1960) by Michael T — 22 Mar 2013
Legendary strongman Goliath, upon his return from fighting monsters, sees his hometown in the hands of a tyrant king who has sentenced his brother to death. This film is a perfect example of the spaghetti peplum, sword and sandal epics that were quite weak under all aspects, with a thin storyline and no relevance to history whatsoever.
