Review of The Revenant (2015) by Bryce C — 15 May 2016

Visually stunning, but the plot and characters were just so shallow. On top of that, the dialogue was terse and f**king boring. I felt more sympathetic to the actors in their attempts to compensate for this point through exaggerated mannerisms, but there was only so much that could be done.

Another one box office smash cranked out of the Hollywood machine.
