Review of The Revenant (2015) by Hrant B — 17 Sep 2016

The Revenant is about a man played by Leo DeCaprio that was attacked by a grizzly bear and lived to survive and revenge his son's killer played by Tom Hardy. Although Leo finally won his first Oscar, he sure was a man of few words.

Maybe his role in his other movies should have been similar. The flick was slow and visually very stunning. The direction gave us an up close look at the action sequences like in your face drama from the beginning to the very end.

Overall it was a great movie with a great cast. I would have given five stars if the editing was a little more crispier. Definitely add this to your list.
