Review of The Revenant (2015) by Nasu N — 21 Oct 2016
A simple story about avenging death and betrayal. The revenant is a brutal film with one of the best cinematography I've seen in a while. Leonardo DiCaprio is excellent, but I wasn't fascinated by the plot it was very weak.
The film is to be enjoyed by the affecting visuals and performance.
