Review of The Revenant (2015) by Tim L — 14 May 2016
I thought this was going to be an exciting revenge flick. One where Leonardo would get his health back and hunt Tom Hardy to the end of the earth. It ended up being kind of boring for the most part. The climax was also a bit anti-climatic.
The acting job by Leonardo was terrific though and he deserved the Oscar. The bear scene was cool to. But the pace of the movie never really picked up as it should have and by the end I was like "Is that it?".
