Review of The Return of the Pink Panther (1975) by Jeremiah F — 22 Aug 2007
Sellers returns to the role for the first time in 10 years and it's a rather different, much broader characterisation. Herbert Lom is also allowed to go way over the top, and Christopher Plummer stands in for David Niven.
Some bright moments, but this is a very uneven film which depends entirely on Sellers to hold it together. And often, he just doesn't seem too interested.
